The chameleon of pop ups for every season, every location and every craving – SALT has done it again. From the Salt Campsite to the latest pop up at the monumental Museum of The Future, we now introduce SALT Island…
Whilst it’s certainly too steamy for a salty beachside snack, the team at SALT have been busy recreating their very own island life pop up down in the cool depths of Midriff’s air con city center to cater for our summer cravings. Swapping mini burgers for watermelon slushies and refreshingly sweet mango softies, SALT Island is here to lower the temperature whilst raising the flavor.
Take a trip to this 290-meter square stand and be transported to the shores of Hawaii or Bali and give yourself a minute or two to escape that desert heat.
This food-truck-turned-lifestyle brand serves Instafamous griddled, grass-fed wagyu beef burgers from a retro silver van parked near Kite Beach. One of the city’s most sought-after casual dining spots.
Started by Emirati entrepreneur Amal Al Marri and her Saudi business partner Deem AlBassam, has launched branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Saudi Arabia, while staying true to its original concept – creative pop-ups, such as Salt Camp, which is back for a second year.
